The entry point to Leadership The Arable Way is Course 1: Character.

A 12-week guided cohort, led by an Arable coach. Six modules exploring the essential character leadership qualities - True, Brave, Kind, and Curious - and the leadership spaces where those qualities are cultivated: The Cave, The Road, The Table, and The Fire. We show you how to build them into your own leadership cadence, and how to coach your teams or clients to do the same.

Each step of Coaching The Arable Way is modular. You can stop after Course 1 with everything you need for world-class character leadership. Or you can continue — into the tangible work of building Community through Trust, Purpose, Connection, and Development, and then into the hands-on application of the Coach Training Intensive.

Before you apply.

What happens after I apply?

A member of the Arable team will get back in touch. If it's a good fit, we'll schedule a short interview before extending an invitation. If the round is full, you'll be placed on the waitlist for the next cohort and notified when a spot becomes available.


Do I need to complete Course 2 and the Intensive?

No. Each step is complete in itself. Course 1 gives you a framework, a cadence, and educational materials you can use in your own life and work. Many leaders continue to the next stage. Some don't. You'll be able to make that determination upon completing Course 1.


Who will I be in cohort with?

Coaches, consultants, L&D leaders, founders, and senior leaders who have a deep interest in leading from a deeper place. The community experience of the cohort is a vital part of the Arable Way itself. We assemble each one carefully with that in mind.
