Course 1: Character.

A 12-week guided cohort, led by an Arable coach. Six modules exploring the essential character leadership qualities — True, Brave, Kind, and Curious — and the leadership spaces where those qualities are cultivated: The Cave, The Road, The Table, and The Fire. We show you how to build them into your own leadership cadence, and how to coach your teams or clients to do the same.
